  fcp crash on capture

  I am trying to capture wide screen footage (not hd) into FCP 5.01 on a mac g4 os X 10.4.1 0. I changed the capture setting to dv ntsc 48 Khz Anamorphic-every time I open capture window FCP crashes-any ideas?

  The first thing I’d do is trash prefs & repair permissions.
