  Hi all!

  I have footage shot with the ex3, all the footage is in my external hard drive.

  If I want to import all my footage at the highest quality to final cut what should I do?

  I was told to get a sony plug-in for it…

  You do need this plugin: https://servicesplus.us.sony.biz/sony-software-model-PDZKMA1.aspx
  Install it, then relaunch FCP. There will be a new command to import XDCAM footage in the file/import menu. Sony XDCAM…

  When you select this, a new window opens for the import.
