We’ve been trying out a motion master template to generate subtitles and like the idea that you change font or drop shadow in the template and have it update all the subtitles in the timeline you’ve already made.

But changing font SIZE in the master template doesn’t seem to affect the existing timeline titles. Is there a way to do this? Is this attribute disabled because it’s one of the things you CAN change on individual clips using the motion tab in FCP?

    Thanks.

Send to Motion and look for more options.

Did send to motion, changed font size, saved template, returned to FCP and the font size doesn’t change on existing clips. Did the same thing with other attributes like color or outline, and the clips on timeline update as expected.
