    I there,

I’m trying to convince my boss to buy new computers to work under After Effects CS3.

I need to find a place where I can compare estimate export time with after effects under different computers.

That’s what i think would be good but I need numbers to back me up:

    Intel

The video card is unnecessary, so I would trim that out of your estimate. After Effects has never used video cards very effectively, unless you have an NVidia Quadro or equivalent (which is very spendy).

The processor you listed would be great.

If Windows is a must, use Windows XP (ideally 64-bit), AVOID Vista.

    Thanks Brendan,

I will take off the card. But i taught that i wouldn’t need XP 64 if I had under 4GB of RAM.

But i was wandering if I could find a place where I could see charts of the speed of FX on different computers.

    Have a nice day,
    Jm
