  Cartoon sketch style

  Howdy cow!
  I got some rough black and white pencil drawings and want to emulate something that looks like the tremble effect in old cartoons.

  I got just one drawing for each scene – so I need a pluggin/filter that adds a shaking/shivering feeling to the stroke.

  Any suggestions ?

  you could use the effect called Brush Strokes – creates shaky paint brush strokes. Try it out:

  effect > Stylize > Brush Strokes

  It looks a little too crazy at 30 FPS, but at 15 FPS it looks great.
