    I had an editor that has some footage that might have been shot 16×9 SD. When he looks at the item properties while right clicking the footage ont he timeline it says DV/DVCPRO. He was wondering if this footage is HD or SD. The may be HD. Please assist. Thanks.

    That indicates SD. It could be 4×3 or it could be 16×9 anamorphic however. You need to check/uncheck the anamorphic checkbox in the FCP browser to see which looks correct.
