Hello, I got far into an edit and realized that I have the wrong sequence setting (big goof):

I have HD footage (1280×720) that I accidently started editing in a DV NTSC sequence therefore my video had bars and appeared 4×3.

So I decided just to copy all the clips in the wrong sequence timeline and just quickly paste them into a new sequence that matched my HD footage settings.

The problem is the edit footage that was in my NTSC timeline now appears squeezed and has thin bars in the new HD sequence. I tried resetting the scale, checking for crop bars in the motion tab, tweaking the aspect ratio in the sequence setting box, etc… and nothing seems to help.

How can I get my footage full screen, with no bars, without having to drop in the clips fresh and reedit the timeline.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP!

Select all the clips in the timeline, right (control) click and select Remove Attributes, check Distort, ok and then all should be okay.
