Adjustment layers in a 3D work space
So, I heard that if you placed an adjustment layer in between to 3D layers that they would not intersect.
Is this true?
That yellow outline is my adjustment layer that is in between the floor and the child in y space.
However, i still have my children sinking into the floor. I can not have my children sinking into the floor.
What am I missing here? Does this even work? I couldn’t find anything on it in the manual.

I don’t know if it applies in this situation. It’s not exactly a feature or a bug – just an AE wierdness. Not always predictable depending on the scenario.
Andrew Kramer showed a use of it in his tutorial on 3D reflections, which you can find here:
