  pasting clip length for multiple clips in timeline?

  I am working on a 365-clip sequence, where each clip must have the same length, to fit the whole piece over a musical score. The musical score is still up the the air, so each time I try a new score, I have to manually alter the clip length on each of the 365 clips. Is there a way to “paste” clip length into a string of clips lined up on the timeline?

  Any pluggin that might do this? I know AfterEffects can do this is a click, but the project is too long and has too many clips to consider doing this in AE… Maybe Automatic Duck would do the bridging process, but I still want to avoid AE.
  Any ideas?

  If each clip is identical in length copy the first clip select all the rest of the clips and Paste attributes.

  Hm, that’s the catch: They are not all the same length…!

  Then you are out of luck. That is the beauty of editing.

  Try using markers and the your ripple tool.
