We’re motion tracking a layer within AE, and when we analyse the footage it’s somehow produced excessive keyframes within a frame! So this is taking an unnecessary amount of time and also way more keyframes than the usual one per frame.

    Any ideas??!

Have you clicked on track fields?

    That’d be my first guess.

    Hi there,

Have just realised the problem, or rather, a friend did 🙂 It seems the footage clip I had been attempting to track had at some point had it’s frame rate changed from 25f per sec to 2500f per sec! Hence the excessive keyframes within a frame…

    Thanks for your help though!

    Nikki
