  MP4 conversion for FCP edit

  I am using MPEG Streamclip to convert MP4 files to edit in Final Cut. What are the best conversion settings for the best quality video?

  Sorry I should have clarified. I am a broke college kid thats editing like its 2004, ha. I have FCP 4 and a G4 Powerbook. Any Suggestions with my old systems? Its not a very long video, so I am not worried about size for export time.
