  Mouse question: Shortcut to scroll left/right in timeline

  I recently switched away from the mighty mouse to a mouse with only a vertical wheel scroll so I’m having trouble scrolling horizontally in the timeline. Is there a keyboard shortcut to make it so I can move the mouse left/right to look through the timeline? Are there any other shortcuts I should know that can make the transition easier?

  You can take you hand off the mouse and use JKL.

  Press the Shift key while using the scroll wheel. No scroll wheel? Outta luck.

  Edward- A couple that work for me…. the up and down arrows to jump through edit points in the timeline. Customize your own keystroke for zooming in and out on the CTI.

  Just had the exact same issue as Edward! Batteries on the might mouse are dead and had to go corded. Very helpful Shane!
