I would like to figure out a good work flow.
I’m working in FCP with XDCAM footage and ProRes.
From here I would like to export as Flash for the internet.
I tried exporting the sequence with Quicktime Conversion / FLV, and the 8min. timeline took about 3 hours to compress. (at FLV On2 VP6 / Medium / 500 x 337)
Is there better/faster software for exporting out of FCP 6.0.6?

We work in XDCAM. When I know I’m going to end up in Flash, I set up my sequence as ProRes 422, and edit in ProRes. Then, I export a Quicktime, ProRes movie. Finally, convert the ProRes movie to Flash. It will take a little while, but should be faster than doing it all at once.

Yeah, I was wondering if I might make Quicktime first…
