    Indeed. 🙂

(To be fair to those who ask this question, it’s next to impossible to search for the right terms for an answer on this one. But … it *is* on the FAQ sticky at the top of the forum. Oh, well. )

Well, using our new search engine, I just found this post:
    https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/2/908357

It might help. Aharon did a whole tutorial which talks about this very thing.

Neat. What were your search terms, Kathlyn?

(so we can paste them into future posts) 🙂

I used this as a search term: after effects 7 to 6.5, but I knew that we’d had this discussion a few times before and I knew that Aharon had done the tutorial so maybe I cheated.

I retried this term: AE7 files to AE6.5 files — which might actually be more descriptive, and it takes you to just the thread that I’d found before.

The new search engine is still a work in progress. If you’d like to make suggestions, please write abraham at creativecow dot net.
