So I’m going to do the clean install of SL after backing-up. Currently I have installed in my Quad-Intel Mac a 250 (main drive) and 500. Is it ok to just take out the 500, run the installs and then put it back in?

    Thanks.

Removing the drive should make no difference whatsoever to the installation.

    All the best,

Why do you want to remove it? As long as you install to the other drive the installer won’t touch that one. But no, it won’t affect The installation if you remove it
