  problems with slow motion

  Hey guys!

  I’ve got a HD footage captured with the Canon 5D (.mov) and tried to reduce its speed in Final Cut by 50%. It works with all of the clips, except one. When I try to modify the speed of that special one, I always get a still frame in the middle of the clip and it will not play that clip till the end. Does anybody have an idea?

  Did you convert the footage to an edit friendly format first? Like ProRes? H.264 files are not really good for editing…issues arise.
