  Real 4:3 to cropped 16:9

  I have a 720 x 576 (true 4:3) video. It is a timelapse from a stills digital camera which is 4:3 format.

  I know how to crop the top and bottom (which isn’t required)to form a 16:9 ratio video but how do i stop the video being blown up and losing quality in the sequence?

  All i want to do is end up with a 720×405 video for computer playback. Any help???
