    Hello All. im having trouble viewing certain files in QT. Im running off a Mac Pro on 10.6 Snow, with QT 7 pro and QT 10. I seem to be missing all the add on components in QT 7 pro I have FCP and All the Components MPEG 2 and such are in the Folder. Yet it tells me Im missing all of them whats going on?

    The MPEG-2 Component get installed when you install FCS, but doesn’t shows in the QT folder (at least in Leopard/FC6/QT7).
    If you have an MPEG-2 Component it may be interfering with the embed component.

    You haven’t mention you are having problems with which kind of fles.
    This is if you are having problems playing MPEG-2.
    Take the Apple MPEG-2 component out of the QT folder.

    I was trying to play VOB files in MPEGSTREAM CLIP but it was telling me IM missing those component. I took it out but it still giving me guff.

    Open the Stream Info window in MPGStreamclip to see what is inside the VOB.
