• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  FCP and Tascam FW1082

  I’d like to know how this control surface works with FCP.
  I recently bought a S/H one and although some of the transport controls seem to work, some things don’t. For example:
  All the transport buttons work, except the stop button, I have to hit the play button to get stop.
  None of the led’s light up to indicate which button is operational.
  Set In/Out don’t seem to do anything.
  Faders work fine.

  Anyone’s experience with this unit would be appreciated.

  That’s been my experience too. Not FULLY functional, but close. I don’t use the transport controls on it..I only use it to adjust levels. Although the sliders constantly moving when I edit tend to be distracting.
