  The new “Share” option and Compression Markers…

  Does the new “Share” option in FCP7 automatically create compression markers at every transition point in your timeline? I was under the understanding that the old “Export using Compressor” did. Can someone clarify? I’m confused. Thanks, John

  I tried to find some documentation on it but did not find anything.

  Since it is still really using Compressor (without launching its interface) I would guess that it still does.

  If there was some way to get what you are “sharing” to show up in Compressor’s viewer, it would be easy to check, as you can display the compression markers there.
