Has anyone had any problems opening projects from FCP 6 and editing in FCP7.
I know there were problems from 5 to 6, but how about 6 to 7Phillip Wright replied 16 years, 11 months ago 3 Members · 3 Replies -

September 25, 2009 at 9:39 amAs with the previous full number update, projects require updating, and once re-saved, cannot be used with FCP6.
I have had no problems with updated projects, except to note that renders of clips with speed changes are lost – I assume this is to do with the way FCP now processes speed changes (a much improved system from what I have seen). Other than that, no problems.
