AVCDH Conversation for FCP Use
Posted by Simon Edwards on September 16, 2009 at 5:29 pmAny advice on converting AVCDH for editing in FCP 6? I recently bought a Sony HDR-XR105 and have tried using Wondershare Video Converter but the quality isn’t quite there. Any thoughts on what software to use.
Regards

September 16, 2009 at 6:10 pmHi Jeremy,
Hmmm believe it or not that’s the first thing I tried, this is in FCP6, when I tried to connect via log and transfer a message came up saying that it did not support AVCHD. Hence I’ve been trying to convert it.
Any other thoughts
Simon

I don’t have an intel mac it’s a power pc. I guess that would be the reason the log and transfer tool won’t work.
Thanks for the link tho.
