  Hi People,

  I did it in the past many times…but I just cannot remember: If I want to take footage – DVX100, DV PAL, 25 fps Progressive and export it in a way, that it’s just showing 1-2 fps (on the beat of a music) – what’s the best way to saddle this horse?

  Thanx, for kind of, but the problem is, that the Strobe FX, skips frames, I don’t want to skip any, just showing something like 1-3 frames per second, but losing any.

  slow the clip down?
  select it, apple J to open speed mod dialogue.

  3fps would be 10%

  But is that really picture by picture? I know, if you switch off the frame blending it should, no? I want the look of picture by picture, no smoothing.
