My source is a DV NTSC sequence, a 4×3 image composited in an anamorphic sequence, sometimes we do 16×9 footage. I need to export a PAL quicktime and was wondering what is the best way for me to do this. Do I use Cinema Tools, Compressor?

For free, Compressor. For $100, Nattress Converter.

For best quality you’ll have to experiment with Compressor settings. Try it out with a 1 min segment with different settings. You’ll find one that works best.
