  FCP in the industry

  Hi

  Im new to the industry and the site. As such i was wondering if a kind person could give me an idea of who in the industry (especially in the UK) use FCP or FCS actively. I’m especially interested to find out if people like Disney in the UK or ITV are currently using FCP..and any post houses.

  Strange question i know, call it professional interest.

  Anyway I’d appreciate any help.

  where shall i start. how about the bbc who have at least 50 fcp suites in their factual postprod building. loads and loads of companies use fcp…loads of course also use avid.

  I know about the BBC..i was think more towards the other side of the fence, like Granada, ITV and Disney..stuff like that.

  Disney has extensive FCP systems in Orlando, Florida. In LA, they still use AVID (but some FCP).

  Also I know that ITV, Five and Nickelodeon on-air promos are FCP based and there may be others.
