  Question for Walter RE: DoStudio BD Authoring suite

  Hi Walter,

  did dostudio stop offering the 1 month $ 99 license for their bd authoring app?

  All I see are options for several thousand dollars now to purchase out right.

  did you end up buying it?

  Yes they stopped the $249/monthly licensing fee in lieu of the $2,495 (I think that’s right) full price for the suite. They basically surveyed the folks who were using it and found that most folks preferred to just own it outright so they dropped the price from about $8,000 to the new price.

  it does seem like a fantastic deal compared to Blu-Print or Scenarist Blu.
