  FCP- Edit to Tape – Freeze frames

  I am trying to export a NDF seqence to a striped Digibeta using the Edit to Tape feature.

  I am able to get picture and audio to tape, and even at the correct TC I specify.

  The problem lay in the fact that the first 3 frames of picture/audio are frozen – on the fourth frame, picture and audio begin – Thus, technically, my picture is delayed by 3 frames.

  I’ve checked my frame offset and set it to 0. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. Please let me know any thoughts/suggestions.
