So I am freelancing on a project and this weekend, someone else used this system. I had a video with a scratch track for narration that was batch exported to make it 48k and the rest of the audio is from tape, also at 48k. Everything is still in the timeline and the VU montitors bounce when I play the sequence – but I can’t hear the VO now. I hear all the tape audio and the music I mixed in – but all the scratch Vo is gone. But its not cause I see it in both my source monitor when I play it, and when Iplay it in my sequence. I think that someone this weekend changed a setting, but I have no idea what it is! Everything looks ok – any ideas?

Sounds like a bad wire or connection or your audio output is not set properly.

    Have a wonderful day.

Sounds like someone changed the audio output to multichannel instead of stereo, and you are not equipped for multichannel output. Open your current sequence settings (not the general preferences) and set it to stereo and you should hear everything
