Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy audio touch up

I have an outdoor rock concert, recorded with nat mic from camera. Original plan was to have a digital recording of the audio to use as master audio. File is corrupted and not usable, so that leaves the nat mic audio, which I was planning to only use as reference. It doesn’t sound bad, but it needs some pop. Where do I begin? Would it be easier on me to use Soundtrack Pro for this?

[Marcus Carlton] “Where do I begin?”

Books have been written on this subject.

    Start with some EQ.

Where you “finish” depends on how good the track is now.

The level of experience in these things cam make all the difference in the final results.
