  Multi Cam issue

  I am editing a 3 cam shoot in multi cam mode on FCP. When I go to my canvas window and put it to open it shows the 3 cam angles in the view window, but as soon as I hit play it takes those 3 cam angles out and only shows what I am seeing in the sequence. Then when I hit stop the 3 cam angles come back up in the view window. Did I hit the wrong key some where and switch it out of multi cam mode?

  Try using render manager to delete all of the render files.

  You are a life saver… thanks so much. I have a review this afternoon with my boss’s boss and he wants to see what all the hype is about this multi cam editing I have been using on their corporate show. Yesterday afternoon when I started having that glitch I got a bit worried I would not be able to show them how it works! This morning I did what you said and its working thanks so much for responding!

  It’s not clear in the manuals but multicam is an effect. When you leave FCP alone for a while it decides to render the effects.
