Motion tracking a cloned area
I have a programme in where the presenter is wearing a Logo’d shirt for all his ptc’s which I’m going to have to remove.
The Clone point plugin from CGM works well but I cant animate it properly.
Ideally I want to clone another piece of his jacket, lay it over the logo and motion track the lot. Motion doesn’t want to clone but motion tracks really well, FCP clones well but won’t motion track.
Can anyone suggest a plugin (or combination) that will let me achieve this. I have shake too but am struggling to figure it out and would rather use FCP or motion.

You can keyframe and move both the clone target and the source with the CHV plugin.

Thanks but I need a way to automate the process via a motion tracker – there’s about 100 clips to do – I need to create a track – apply it to a filter and enter an offset.
Cant get motion or FCP to do it, Im trying with Boris fx at the moment!

Color would do this fairly easily using vignettes (in Secondaries Room) and motion tracker (in Geometry Room). If you’re not using Color yet, get Walter Biscardi’s excellent tutorial. Tried that – the logo’s too small to pull a good secondary key (Nike logo on a T shirt)
