  Workflow for reverse telecine in 30 frame project

  I am assisting on a show cutting with Final Cut Pro. We are getting DV Cam tapes for dailies. We want to cut in 24. Someone told me we can do this by digitizing ftg into 30frame project and then reverse telecine the ftg to make it 24fps. What are the steps to do this? Would I have two bins with same ftg in same project? One at 30fps and one at 24fps? I am not a FCP guy. Also someone told me I could log all my shots into cinema tools and eventually make my lists (cut lists, EDLs, etc.) through that?

  Dailies from what? From film? If so, then you can use Cinema Tools. If your dailies are from digital video, then CT will only be useful if the video was shot at 23.98.
