  video will not play!!

  I just installed FCS2 on my 1.5 GHz powerbook G4, and I can’t get any video to play in the viewer or the canvas. Everytime I open a file and hit play, it freezes on the frame that its on and just stays there while the audio keeps playing. This happens with every type of clip, from previous versions, newly captured, regular quicktime movies, nothing plays! I upgraded my ram to 1.25, reinstalled, trashed prefs and cache…please help!! Really need to solve this problem by tomorrow!!! Thanks!

  I’m not 100% sure…I could easily be wrong but it might have something to do with you trying to run FCP on the a computer with practically the minimum requirements needed to run FCP

  View/Video Playback. Make sure it matches the footage in your timeline.

  External Video select All Frames.
