  Losing sync on export

  I’m having an issue exporting a finished DVCPro HD 1080p30 timeline into Sorenson Squeeze or Autodesk Cleaner to make a Windows Media File. The audio gets out of sync even in preview. The timeline is totally in sync. I’ve exported first to Quicktime both as self-contained and not and the same thing still happens. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
