    Hello,

I have searched quite a bit and haven’t found a good answer to my questions so here goes. I am trying to organize a work flow that will automate a number of tasks as we will soon be preparing multiple video clips (20 to 50 a day) for a 2 week long project. More precisely, I would like to prepare the video clip in FCP (immediately after live capture from EX1 camera) with beginning generic and audio overlays, then export a reference file to a folder where Compressor would automatically take the file and compress it to preset parameters and then spit the file out to another folder where an FTP client program would automatically upload it to a set destination. Is this something any of you have experience with? Is Compressor capable of such automation? I know a little about Droplets but, to my understanding, this requires dragging every file to an icon – a step I would like to avoid.. Would Squeeze be better for this?

I will appreciate any advice you might have!!
