    Hi there,
    I’m having another issue along with the other post I asked about. When I try and transfer my capture scratch footage over to my WD passport it says “sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred. (error code 0). Anyone know what’s up with this?

    Check the format of the hard drive. It sounds like it’s formatted FAT32, not mac extended or quid. FAT32 has a 4gb file size limitation.

    I set the drives to MS-DOS (FAT) so I could use them on a PC as well. I’m able to transfer other files the same size it’s just these specific .mov files won’t transfer. I’m boggled…
