  EX3 source from Avid to FCP

  Does any one have a workflow for taking an Avid Media Composer timeline that includes EX3 Disk based footage (and HDCam) and getting it into an FCP Timeline.

  I have Automatic Duck so I can import the Tape based footage but not the Disk based. Is there any way of doing this?
