  • Changing names of subclips quickly

Posted by Dan Cooper on April 3, 2009 at 8:24 am

This may be a dumb question to most, but is there a quick, easy way of changing a whole lot of subclip names without having to click on the clip, wait, click again, change name?

In Avid, a simple press of return will move the type select to the next clip and all I need do is type? In FCP I’ve tried a whole combo of keys but doesn’t do anything.

    Cheers,
    D

The enter key will select the clip name.

    All the best,
