• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Editing for Canon 5D MarkII

  I have just started using the 5DM2 to shoot several different projects and I want to put together a FCP system to edit on. What would be the computer requirements that would best suit my needs?
  Please help!

  What you really need is a camera that shoots in a standard video format. All your material will have to be converted after you bring it onto the computer. As far as the computer system goes, the biggest and fastest you can afford.

  all you need is a current Macintosh if you want to use FCP.

  See this site for all of the reasons you do not want to be doing this at all, at least not yet.
