Activity Forums Adobe After Effects Tutorial on Growing Object

  • Tutorial on Growing Object

At the beginning of this year, there was a super AE tutorial on how to make an ornate design grow / reveal. It involved duplicating an illustrator file. The animation is similar to one that is employed on loads of fashion commercials these days: i.e. Levi’s. I’m struggling to find it in the archive. Anyone remember this one?

    Thanks, Paul

I am interested in seeing this tutorial too. i clicked on the sticky post at the top of the forum and went to the archive but couldn’t find it by wading through the considerable entries there. What is a good search term to find this tutorial about animating illustrator files in this contemporary style?

    thanks

Look for Jayse Hansen Making Elements Grow. He did a nice tutorial using masks and stroke effect to make things grow.

Nice Tutorial. Are there any other current tutorials that deliver this concept?
