  TV flicker

  I’d like to recreate on screen the kind of static/violent flicker you see on a hotel TV during a thunder storm (for example)…or the kind of flicker that happens when you change channels on an old/bad tv…

  Any ideas of how I could do that??

  Try typing “bad tv” into your effects & presets panel’s search field. You can use one of these preset effects as a basis for what you’re trying to do.
