  how to smoothly control speed

  Does anyone know other tool than time remap to control speed ?

  4 example
  If I have 2 min on timeline and I want it to start at 100% speed.
  It goes 30 sec with 100%.
  How to set speed from one point that starts with like 35% and it ends with 85% ?

  Sorry if it belong to basic.
