  quicktime movie wont display video

  I have a quicktime movie that was made off a p2 card, it is 720p60 and it played fine on a different machine running FCP6 i took the movie to my machine running FCP5 and it will open the file but will only playback audio, no video, if I put it in the timeline it will say un-rendered but it will not render. Thanks for you help.

  This is because you have not the codec intalled in that machine.

  You will need to upgrade to FCP 6 to use the files.

  There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
  Don’t let technology get in the way of your creativity!
