I recently conducted a one-man-band interview in an office using a shotgun mic. I didn’t monitor the audio as well as I should have and now have a thin, metallic, echoing voice to work with. I’m editing on FCP and have some basic knowledge of STP (which I used to make a slight noise reduction to quiet a vent in the background). Could someone offer some advice on how to improve my audio quality? I’m hoping to give the subject’s voice a richer sound. Thanks.
