  Light streaks effect

  Hi there!
  I am looking for a “light streaks” filter for FCP. There are for AE and Motion, but I couldn’t find anything that works on FCP.
  It a very common effect, here you have an example:

  Boris Continuum Complete does this kind of thing in FCP. Not cheap tho.
