  FCP Compressor

  Does Compressor not encode Motion JPEG-B? I just can’t believe that it wouldn’t be able to. I have looked in the presets and have found nothing! Any suggestions?

  You need to set QT to “Show Legacy Encoders”. In the QT preferences> Advanced.
