  Soundtrack Pro 2 Channels Export Problem

  I haven’t used Soundtrack Pro 2 much to start……

  Problem:
  My exported mix has 5 channels, 1 channel has the L & R stereo, the other 4 are empty

  I think everything is set up for just stereo, all my tracks are set to stereo panner, my clips are stereo

  I don’t know why its adding the extra empty channels on export… any help is greatly appreciated

  Not sure if this is answered in the STP forum but it would be a better place to look/ask. In your Submix out – to the right of the fader it says “1-6” with a drop arrow to the right, click the arrow, drop it down to “Stereo -> 1,2”.

  Trick is that STP is a Surround app by nature, so you have to tell it to “dumb down” to stereo for output.
