I search for and read the FAQ looking for an answer to this problem and have not found one.
When I bring a still image file into FCP and place it on the timeline it comes in just fine. When the player is not in motion the image is clear. When I start the playback the images become all hazy. It’s this simply a playback setting and will this post cleanly? I really don’t want to spend hours creating something that’s going to look all fuzzy and hazy when I post it.

Click on my head at the top of this forum, then scroll down to the Ultimate FAQ part 1. I believe Stock Answer #2 is the answer.

    Yes it is.

PS. I did find some information on my problem after posting this question…. first on a different forum then I came back to this forum and search for my issue by a different description than what I had used the first time. But I’d still like any input you might have.
    Greg.
