  Slow mo / fast forward for Hector

  Thanx Hector.
  Went the ProRes HQ route. Slo mos and fast forwards in FCP alone are marked improvement.
  I shot the footage on a Z1 with PAL 50i and am looking to output to DVD and Flash stream on the web.
  Any tips on DVD encoding the ProRes to disc?

  One thing I did notice was the massive file sizes, a 30 second clip took up over 600MB!
  Is there a disadvantage in using the lower grade Prores 422 with my set-up? It seems at this stage it interrupts previewing via my Z1 to the monitor.
