How to reset log and transfer source order in preference
Dear all,
I am having difficulty ingesting EX1 and HVX200 P2 material from my MacBook Pro (17′ Core Duo 2.17) using Mac OS 10.5.5, FCP 6.0.4
I had added a few plug-in and codec (including EX 1 driver, and RED log and transfer). Though had not have the need to do an ingestion since the installation.
I am trying to ingest new material from EX1 and also HVX200 today and am unable to add anything to the queue list. When I go to log and transfer, and navigate to the proper folders, and hit ok, nothing will show up.
I’ve read in different post that I need to resort my source format order under preference in log and transfer. However, I am unable to figure out how to re-sort it. For now, the order is RED, AVC-Intra, P2. If someone can shed a light into how I can re-order the arrangements so I can ingest P2 material, that’ll be great.

What happens if you remove the red and sony software? Does it work, then?

I’ve uninstalled the RED on the machine and ingestion is still not happening. The order is now AVC-Intra, then P2.
We were able to ingest through another system. Upon checking log and transfer window on that system, it is P2, then AVC-Intra.
As for EX 1 material. We downloaded a newer log and transfer plugin and was provided with a completely new interface, and was able to ingest those material.

Do you have fxfactory installed? Perian?

I do not have FxFactory installed, but do have Perian running.
My installed version is 1.1
Any suggestions on how I should approach?

Try removing Perian in the System preferences (It’s very easy and you can easily reinstall it) and see if that does anything for you.
Also, you are selecting the top left icon in the l&t window and navgating to the folder that contains a CONTENTS folder, correct?
